- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a sliding scale and each event or request for my services is tailored to my clients needs. I generally charge $75-$150 per person for cooking lessons depending on the number of students attending the class. For personal chef services my pricing is figured case by case according to the needs of my clients, but I usually charge between $30-$60 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial phone conversation with my new clients to discuss and establish how I might be able to best fulfill there needs. I then follow up with a face to face meeting with my prospective client to discuss further details when they are ready to proceed with the event.
