Howard L. says, "We worked with a number of contractors/subcontractors/handymen for our remodel. Alex with Counterstone Concepts was the best one to work with, by far. We were searching for a countertop installer around July 4. All installers that we talked to were busy or some charged ridiculous prices. Alex was the first to reply to us on thumbtack and he gave us the clearest and best price. He even came out to meet us at NGY stone to get us better contractor pricing. We trusted him enough to go pick up the countertops the next day on his own. Alex showed on time with our countertops and had everything installed perfectly within a few hours. Everything was cut perfectly. Our farm sink fit perfectly. Alex and his team were not wasteful with the countertop material. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Alex even came back a month later because we wanted an extra hole drilled for a counter-top mounted soap dispenser. Only after I kept asking how much he would charge for this extra visit, he said he would take only what we thought was fair. We thought this was very nice. Alex literally saved us hundreds of dollars between the contractor discount at NGY stone and his own good pricing. We love our kitchen now and I wouldn't hesitate to work with Alex again."See more
