Let's face it, if you need a personal lawyer, you're probably going through a rough patch in your life. The last thing you need is a lawyer that promises you the moon but fails to deliver when it's time to act. Unfortunately, I've had too many conversations with clients who've had poor experiences with a personal injury lawyer in their past. They were guaranteed accessibility and dedication, instead received unreturned phone calls and empty promises.
I refuse to practice law that way. I take my duties to my clients very seriously.
As a client of mine, it is your right to communicate with me regularly, ask me questions about issues you don't understand and get my best effort in resolving your case.

I highly recommend Ese Omofoma to anyone who needs an attorney, and/or legal advice. He was courteous, caring/understanding about my tough cases/situation, able to set up a payment plan for me to pay for my legal fees to him, and 100% there for me when I needed to speak to him, or had any questions about my cases. He was able to work out an amazing deal with the DA (dismissal of 1st time offenses that included domestic violence, driving on a suspended license, resisting arrest, and assault/battery-in exchange for me attending AA 2x a week for 90 days). He also got my warrants squashed in entirety. I not only have a clean record once again, but I learned so much in the process of everything. I cannot thank Ese enough for helping me improve my life.

I found the Omofoma Law Firm on yelp when I searched for a criminal defense lawyer for a family member. From what I hear, they were the best lawyers they had ever hired. I can't go into detail on the case, but all of the charges were dropped. When you need a solid lawyer on your side, I recommend them.

Ese is one of the sharpest criminal defense lawyers you will find here in Los Angeles. He is not only very personable, but super knowledgable in criminal law and civil rights. I was looking for a lawyer that would devote 100% of his energy to my case. He gave me 110% and after a long and explosive trial that we just wrapped up, the court read back the NOT GUILTY verdicts I was hoping for! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Injury: Contingency fee. If I'm unable to recover then my client doesn't pay any attorney fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients on a personal level and communication plays a big part in that. It is very important that my clients and I speak honestly and openly with one another so that I can get as much information as possible and then determine the best course of action, especially in the beginning stages.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and the University of California, Santa Barbara for my undergraduate studies.
