About

I am a professional ballroom dancer, winner of the 2015 Russian International Competition, and semi-finalist at the 2018 Las Vegas Competition. I’ve been teaching dance since 2016, and I firmly believe that anyone can dance with the right guidance. My teaching focuses on body movement, building confidence, musicality, and expressing emotion through facial expressions. After my classes, you’ll feel confident and comfortable on the dance floor! Education and Credentials: • Master of Sport in Ballroom Dance • Candidate Master of Sport in Rhythmic Gymnastics • Associate Degree in Dance from Santa Monica College • International Training in Latin Dances (Samba, Salsa, Rumba, Jive, Pasodoble)

I'm not in the la area anymore, but I really enjoyed taking her for ballroom. She's very intelligent and so attention detail. Amazing exercises to improve form.

Angelina was a fantastic teacher and prepared the choreography in such a way that my daughter and I could understand it and adapt to it. She gave us lots of possible dance moves and we incorporated quite a few of them in the father-daughter dance mashup at the wedding last weekend. She also helped my daughter and son-in-law prepare for their dance and it was beautiful.

Angelina is an amazing dance teacher! I couldn’t dance for the life of me before taking lessons with her but now after a couple of months I can proudly say I’m not as embarrassed to dance. I can finally find the rhythm thanks to her!

Angelina Is such a great teacher, taking her time to demonstrate everything. Always so patient with me and never loses her cool no matter how many times I may actually screw up. Even when I get frustrated with myself she brings me back to the moment, tells me it’s okay and we keep going. Definitely look forward to learning more from her.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First class : learning basic steps and rhythm, than I am making a plan for every student depending on their level. Also we doing a progress video every class to make sure that we are improving
