NEWTON LAW offers in and out-of-court representation. Court appearances tend to be necessary with Juvenile proceedings so the client should expect this to be a part of the services. However the client must request in-court representation for Family Law and Eviction cases and it is strongly advised that the client receive representation at the appeals board if an appearance becomes necessary in Workers' Compensation claims.
Either way, the focus is on guiding clients through the legal process, providing legal strategy, communicating with the opposing party and preparing motions and pleadings on the client's behalf.
