- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a pricing system already set in place but for Thumbtack we like to create a custom package for each potential client. We work together with our clients to see what exactly they would like and need and we create a custom package for each individual client. The more you are able to bundle the more you are able to save. On average we are able to help people save 40-60% off wedding packages. That's superb quality with an even better price. No one can beat that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves. Help our customers feel comfortable with our company.We listen and figure what our customer is asking for and we try and group a custom package together. A customer may also choose one of our 4 preset packages that we offer on our website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Dj's must be certified through our in house training program to insure that our clients get the quality they deserve and expect from 1024. Every Dj we hire goes through a training curriculum that teaches them everything from hooking up audio equipment, to lighting and of course Djing. Once they are certified they must attend 5 weddings with a certified staff member before we clear them to work events. We have an extremely high standard to always take care of our clients and we do not send just anyone to represent us.
