DJ ForeverKofi was an awesome wedding DJ. A friend of mine told me about him. About 4 months before our wedding, me and my fiancé were in desperate need of a wedding DJ. One of my best friends told me that he couldn’t do it for anything less than $2000. I did not want to spend that much on a DJ because we had other expenses to worry about. Kofi didn’t know us from Adam and offered to do it for $750. Trust me when I tell you, he was worth more than that. He was a big hit with all of our guests, even the owners of the place we rented wanted to use him as one of their DJ’s. He was such a professional and it was almost like we knew him for years. I hope to work with him again in the future. He is a total pro and he could totally charge in the thousands and he’d be worth it but his asking price is more than fair. We wanted a super casual laid back mood and he accommodated us. Five stars all the way.

Dj Kofi was the ideal DJ & MC for my grandmother's 80th birthday. He asks all the right questions so the planning and preparation was easy. We had to pivot last minute on some of our speeches and he handled it all with such grace. My husband who is in the music industry commented on how smooth he is as an MC, noting the big difference between someone who is strictly a DJ versus someone like DJ Kofi who has excellent MC talents. Will definitely be reaching out to him for future events!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I have a base hourly rate the packages I provide are customizable, depending on the size of the event, venue, and everything I always love to find a way to work with people whether their budget is large or small. If you're looking to put together a special Birthday or Occasion for family please feel free to contact me and we can work it out!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea of the event, your vision and from there send you a form to add in artists, genres, and song types you like. From there I can curate a special playlist appropriate for all guests and ensure that everyone has a great time! Whether background music or a party rockin vibe is what you're looking for I can make it happen!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked as a Project Manager in my 9-5 for companies like Complex, BuzzFeed, and more so I'll bring the attention to detail that is needed when I run multi million dollar campaigns to your event. Whether a Corporate event, Wedding, or backyard party you'll be treated as a premium client from start to finish.
