However, for safety reasons, we reserve the right to pause or cancel a performance if weather conditions pose danger to equipment, staff, or guests. Safety will always come first. ⸻ Refund Policy If the event is canceled within 21 days of the scheduled date, the client who paid the deposit remains responsible for the remaining balance in full. Deposits are non-refundable. If canceled more than 21 days prior, any additional payments beyond the deposit will be fully refunded.
