We contacted West Coast Paws regarding an upcoming vacation. The owner, Adam, got back to me quickly and is very professional and pleasant. Serena is the pet sitter we met and she is great! Very punctual, easy to talk to. We really liked her and have the utmost confidence in her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our thumbtack discounted rates are as follows: For one dog or cat: -$18 per 15 minute visit -$23 per 30 min visit -$30 per 45 min visit -$37 per 60 min visit *$6 per additional pet (discount provided for multiple pets) -$90/night for overnight sitting, $25 per additional pet -$70 per night for in-home boarding, $25 per additional pet (discounts for multiple pets)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We discuss details for services and set up a meet and greet with our local dog walker or pet sitter -After the meet and greet, the owner Adam reaches out to go over service details including scheduling and payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After being a pet sitting business owner and taking care of pets myself for 10+ years, I know to only hire genuine good people who love pets and what they do.
