What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not every job is the same. Every job has its own set of challenges. But we always work with are customers to give them the best price. We are up front on how much materials cost , explain may cause change orders and how they get approved and collect payments on that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arriving on time once we have introduce are selves depending on the work they need , If its patch job ill explain how we do are patch work and give him or her my price. If its new drywall installation ill hear the customer on there what they want in finish as well answer all there questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained by The CARPENTERS Training Center Finished my Apprenticeship with Certificate in Interior Finishing Course, Then Fallowed up with 2 year Project lead man Cource, Foreman Courses done by CARPENTERS.
