- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is honest and straightforward. We offer free in-home water testing and provide clear recommendations based on your home’s water quality, usage, and the type of system that fits your needs best. Pricing depends on the size of the home, the filtration solution recommended, and the installation requirements. We focus on long-term value, clean installation, and dependable results with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about your water concerns, such as taste, odor, chlorine, hard water, or sediment. Then we schedule a free in-home water test to better understand your water quality and your home’s needs. Based on that, we recommend the best solution, explain your options clearly, and once approved, we schedule the installation. After installation, we walk you through the system and explain how to keep it performing at its best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in water filtration system installation, system evaluations, maintenance, and customer education. We stay up to date on modern whole-house filtration solutions, water quality concerns, and best practices for proper installation and long-term system performance. Our focus is on recommending the right solution for each home, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
