Great experience from start to finish. Our house is over 4,000 sq ft with many vents, so I was worried the job would take forever, but the technicians worked very efficiently. They opened each vent, cleaned the ducts with professional equipment, sanitized the system, and sealed everything back perfectly. They also inspected the blower and evaporator and explained what condition they were in. The air smells cleaner and the system seems to run quieter now. Very honest company and fair pricing.

The technician, Max, was friendly and professional; however, I was taken back when I clearly outline in the text communication the kind of service that was needed and was offered a different price. I specifically asked for the dryer, hose, and vent to be cleaned at $190, but afterwards, it was hiked to $240. Then I was promised the receipt between 2-3 business days, and I had to initiate the request again and received it from the technician on the 4th business day. The rating is primarily due to the pricing issue.
