I contacted Pro vent cleaning as the drier was struggling to dry even the small loads. They responded right away and the very next day they showed up at a time best suited for me. Very professional service, punctual and did a great job of cleaning all the drier vents from inside and out within an hour. The fee was very reasonable and clear from the start. Excellent work. The man cleaned all vents thoroughly using HVAC vacuum and large tubing, with a rotating line brush, opened attic and also cleaned deep inside, sanitizing each vent and replacing filter. He drew a diagram of the entire central AC/heater unit and explained how it works. I suffer from dust allergy, chest gets tight, and other environmental allergies and this service is very necessary at least once a year, if not twice a year. With recent windy weather the dust was coming into the vents. He said the dust was trapped deep into the vents. All my dust problems solved until The next cleaning. Thank you.
