John is a great communicator, works at a reasonable pace and an excellent troubleshooter. He was hired to install 5 light fixtures. John was open-minded when we determined a more complex fixture needed to be prioritized over the intended single pendant model. He focused on double-modifications needed for the alternative location, raising a 3-light kitchen island pendant when it morphed into the center-ceiling ambient fixture, so that my husband has suitable head clearance to pass under it. John suggested better light bulb lumens and kelvins for more effective bright lighting. I will definitely rehire John for future projects.

John is extremely professional and does amazing work. The job had some issues but he worked into the night. He was not able to finish so he came back the next day. He did not charge us anymore. We took hands on and online courses with lighting , controls , Electrical and OSHA . I received certifications And renew them every 3 years .
