- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a $175 service call fee and then will charger for materials. If I have the materials already then I won’t charge as much.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go see the job first to see what needs to be done and then sit down and talk to costumer to make sure all his or her needs are up to 100 percent satisfied. We will discuss what materials are needed and make sure everything is up to code. Once we come to a mutual agreement I will start working right away in a convenient time that works for the customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a license and bonded for electrician.
