- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Thumbtack packages come with one photographer but can be upgraded to have another photographer and videographers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While I do have an administrative team, you will speak directly with me to discuss the preparation leading up to your wedding. Most couples have never had a professional photo shoot before, let alone a photo shoot for their event. Whether you are shy or you love sharing selfies, I coach couples how to move in order to look candid. Good candids aren't a result of shooting a thousand shots, in the hopes of getting fifty good photos. These have to be prepped beforehand so that you can interact with your friends and family naturally, without me in your face on the day of your wedding.

Carl's education is a B.S. in Chemistry from Cal Poly Pomona. Desiree's education is a B.S. in Biology from Cal Poly Pomona. Worked in reality television.
