- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent. I compete on service, quality, and skill. If you are looking for a budget photographer, I am probably not the ideal photographer for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an call and discuss the details of your event and priorities of what you'd like captured. After that, I require a non-refundable retainer to hold the date and time that will be applied to the final total.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained filmmaker and storyteller. I have years of experience in sports videography that allows me to capture those special candid moments.
