What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always open to discuss pricing. Usually if the project doesn’t go over a hour we can discuss some type of discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I usually discuss is payment and from there try to figure out what they are looking to do. Clarify their need and how I can fit that need.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had season tickets to the Brooklyn Nets and I wanted to remember the experience. I enjoyed it very much and I wish to continue.
