- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon approval of the initial quote we like to hop on a call to go over the details of their event. This way we can both determine if it is, in fact a good fit for both parties and achieve a certain level of confidence for the customer. We would then finalize the cost and await their approval to confirm the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience matters. Our roster of Plug-N-Play DJs play regularly throughout Southern California and have over several hundred corporate and private events under their belt.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned the DJ craft as a teenager and my hobby eventually turned into a full time job. Over the last decade I've gotten passionate about investing in professional audio gear while simultaneously aligning myself with like-minded professional DJs. That synergy is what inspired the formation of Plug-N-Play Sound.
