Working with Ivan was easy and we had an excellent experience with his team. We had the exterior of our house painted and Ivan’s team showed up when they said they would, worked hard each day, and finished the job within the timeline set. Finished product looks great, I would definitely recommend I & L.

My wife and I saved for a year to be able to pay off the job at completion, so when Ivan gave me a quote for removing the old gutters,power washing,sanding,replacing damage boards,taping and painting the house I had to say yes right then and there. The project lasted around 9-10 days to complete but well worth the wait. The house looks beautiful.

I&S Painting did a PHENOMENAL job for my interior paint job. I wanted to change the paint color for my new apartment and Ivan and team got it done quickly for a great value. Very professional, excellent quality and a very friendly team. I would highly recommend I&S and will definitely be using Ivan’s services in the future!

Outstanding painter. The quality of the work was excellent, with great attention to detail throughout the entire job. Everything was done very cleanly and professionally, and the work was completed quickly without sacrificing quality.
