- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our style consultation is free of charge with no obligation to move forward with a service. This acts as a great opportunity to meet with a Personal Stylist, have all of your fashion-related questions answered, learn more about our methods and practices, and ultimately decide if you feel our services are a good fit for your objectives. If you’re interested in scheduling a complimentary consultation, simply contact our office to arrange an appointment with one of our Personal Stylists or reserve your time on our website via our online calendar. You’ll receive a quote for our service costs within 24 hours of your style consultation, outlining the price and time required to complete your project. We make it our goal to be as upfront and transparent as possible with regards to pricing, ensuring you’re always aware of the costs involved at the onset. Our hourly rate is $195.00 for in-person services and $99.00 for virtual services, and the amount of time required for a service is assessed on a project-to-project basis and is dependent on the scope of wardrobe required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, your Personal Stylist will guide you through a questionnaire to get to know you, and your lifestyle, on a deeper level. Our intake process is designed to examine your fashion preferences and wardrobe needs so that we can shop on your behalf with confidence. We’ll determine exactly what you'd like to accomplish with your project, whether it be a full closet overhaul or help with the wardrobe you already own, in order to tailor our concierge services to meet your individual goals. Together we’ll look through reference photos to develop a mood board for you, so that you and your Personal Stylist can be certain your visions align. FOR VIRTUAL SERVICES: Through our in depth sessions, we’ll help you get clear on the message you want to convey through your image, teach you the best color choices for your complexion, outline the most flattering silhouettes for your body type, and create a winning strategy for your style so that knowing what to wear is the easiest decision you make all day. If you need help with your existing wardrobe, we can assist you in decluttering what you own, showing you how to come up with new outfit ideas and making recommendations on what to add. Our virtual styling services include a comprehensive mood board with individualized outfit ideas so that you always have inspiration, even when you’re not working with your Personal Stylist. If you’re looking to add new pieces to your wardrobe, we’ll put together a shopping list of suggested items that align with your taste and lifestyle. Don’t want to waste time placing orders? Don’t worry. Our concierge team can handle all the online shopping for you and have new clothes sent directly to your home to try at leisure. Keep what you like and we’ll coordinate all the returns. FOR IN-PERSON SERVICES: Our team of fashion experts will shop on your behalf, locating a wide variety of options to meet the needs of your project. We’ll focus on brands you currently love and wear, as well as new ones you may not be familiar with. Your Personal Stylist will deliver a selection of clothing, all chosen to suit your taste and preferences, for you to try in the comfort of your home. This allows you to shop at your own pace, at a time that fits your schedule, in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. We’re committed to bringing you the wide selection you’d receive in a department store, curated to meet your needs, without ever having to leave home. We focus on providing as much choice as possible so that you can always be certain you’re buying clothing that’s perfectly suited for you. Your Personal Stylist will guide you through a fitting, showing you options of clothing, all selected in your size and style. We design this experience to feel like your own clothing boutique, set up in the comfort of your home with endless choices to suit your taste. This process allows you to try new clothing at leisure and compare different fits and styles before deciding what you’d like to buy. Once you’ve made your selections, you’ll only be charged for the items you keep and will never incur costs for anything that doesn’t work out. Should you need to exchange a size or color, or require alterations on any of your new items, we’ll take care of this on your behalf. If it has to do with your clothing, we’ll handle it for you, ensuring you always have a wardrobe that’s exactly what you need!
