Joe was clearly very knowledgeable and took his time to diagnose some of the complex issues having to do with the water heater and hot water flow to our faucets. He was also very willing to work with us to troubleshoot our issues step by step. I’ll be using Joe for any plumbing issues we have moving forward.

My friend recommended a plumber(DB are the initials of the company). They absolutely were trying to take advantage of me financially. DB wanted $489 to just replace a bathroom faucet and not even provide the faucet to be replaced. I wish I had come to Thumbtack in the beginning to see what the going rate was. Joe was right on par with other bids. He did great work, was professional and timely. Joe did not take advantage of me. I will use Joe for future plumbing issues.
