- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge no fee for consultation, simply because I am paid a commission on investments and insurance. Charging a fee would be double dipping, and that is not in the clients' best interest. If a client requests fee-based planning, I am licensed to provide it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new clients is all about asking the right questions and listening. The more I understand who they are and and their values, the better I can help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from my MBA, Life & Health Insurance License, and Investment licenses (Series 6, 63, 65, 7), I am constantly learning through reading, seminars, workshops, classes, weekly agency training, continuing education, trade magazines and research.
