- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent. Estimates are based on the scope of work, materials, and time required. I clearly explain all costs upfront, and there are no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for larger projects or repeat customers. Any changes to the scope of work are discussed and approved before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I speak with the customer to understand their needs and expectations. Then I visit the site, evaluate the project, and provide an estimate. Once we agree on the scope of work, timeline, and budget, I schedule the job and keep the customer informed throughout the process until completion.
