Katz came out to my house to replace the fence in my front yard and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. The estimate was the most reasonable I got and they were super clean, profesional and efficient. Will definitely be calling them again!

Did a site visit. Made promises to follow up with quote. Let the date they promised to provide a quote pass.

I’ve reached out several times for a quote but haven’t heard back.

At least be professional enough to decline the project rather than leaving your customer wondering if you’re too busy, had accident, or if you just don’t want the job.
