Did a site visit. Made promises to follow up with quote. Let the date they promised to provide a quote pass. I’ve reached out several times for a quote but haven’t heard back. At least be professional enough to decline the project rather than leaving your customer wondering if you’re too busy, had accident, or if you just don’t want the job.
