- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we invite our new client to join us for our Free Class on Saturdays. If they enjoy our teaching method we then do a wellness evaluation and determine what services would most benefit our client.

I wanted to be able to help my family who is overweight and I figured if I lead by example than they will follow.
