Introduction: I have been a personal trainer and yoga teacher for over 20 years. I address each client as a unique individual, and every session is customized to meet his/her body as it is that day. That means I check in when we meet to find out how your body is feeling, what your energy is like, and what particular goals you might have for that day.
I love getting to know people, learning what makes them tick, what they like and don't like. And nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing someone accomplish, with my help and encouragement, MORE than they thought they could!

Amy is one of the few yoga teachers I would go to, let alone recommend to people. Her practice is a wonderful blend of mindfulness and physical activity. She's always open to requests and tailoring the class to meet those participating. I can't recommend her highly enough. You can't go wrong.
