The technician, Jonathan was far superior to any equipment repair person I have hired in the past. He not only replaced the parts on my Peak Pilates System but he fixed a clinking noise that 2 other repair technicians could not. He is highly experienced and was patient with the job. Jonathan cleaned and safety checked my high quality but very (20 yr) old machine. I appreciate the high value and sense of relief that I now have a technician I can trust with my precious machine! 6 stars.

At first I was a little frustrated with J because he had quoted me a price to repair my weight machine, and then when he came out to determine which parts were needed, charged me for the diagnostic visit separately (although he did put on a discount). I then ordered all the necessary parts, and when he returned, it turned out that there was an additional needed part that he wasn't aware of after his first visit. However, because he missed this, he volunteered to return for a 3rd visit to install the final part for free, which he did. It's nice to have my machine working smoothly, and he was very professional and got things going when I wasn't able to find anyone else willing to work on the job.

Jonathan/Jose was the best fitness equipment repairman I ever worked with. Every few years, I am having to repair and maintain my fitness equipment, eliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, and I found Jonathan through Thumbtrack. He was on time, was highly through, and worked with me meticulously on repairing my recumbent bike to my liking. I wanted some unsual things done to my bike and he was patient and made the the equipment got fixed to my specification. He did not try to upsell me, fool me, or pressure me. Half of the time, I get ripped off or lied to when I call a repairman but Jonathan was very honest. He also gave me usual tips to maintain my equipment. I am 100% satisfied. He doesn’t try to burn customers for quick cash but do an honest good job and build a loyal customer base. I have no doubt, I will give him a call on my next gym equipment repair needs. We need more competent and honest technician like Jose/Jonathan. Thank you! Joesph Lee
