J’s Gym did an amazing job repairing my water rower machine. Jonathon and his assistant , Christina, completely broke down my machine carefully, and professionally. They meticulously cleaned every part and replaced every part as requested. They were very polite and courteous in my space and they gave me complete confidence that they were treating my rower as if it were their own . My particular water rower is not a common piece of equipment so it took more time to replace parts correctly , but Jonathon was very careful to get everything just right, which requires patience and precision with all of the straps involved. J’s Gym service was personable , professional and very fairly priced especially for the amount of time and expertise involved. I would not hesitate to hire again and refer to my friends.
