Christina P. says, "I had a problem with wood between my cement slabs and could not figure out why the wood was there. The wood was full of bugs and wood rot. I called Bernard and he said that the person who laid the cement slabs should have removed the wood after the slabs were laid. The wood was never meant to stay there. I had a construction person come out and told me it was decoration back in the 1970s when the original owners laid the cement. He said no. I'm so glad I hired a mason like Bernard. He quoted me an excellent price and it only took him 1 day to fix. Now my cement slabs look gorgeous. And no longer a tripping hazard. He showed up on time, did not try to sell me any nonsense. He is an honest hardworking person. I'm looking for me masonry work for him to do. Bernard is awesome. You can not go wrong with him."See more

After the record LA December rains the engineered hardwood in my dining room buckled across the center of the room. The original contractor wanted to come out and redo the whole room because the manufacturer doesn't make the same product anymore in the same width and color which was going to cost thousands of dollars. Gerardo was the only repair person who was able to repair the floor using existing remnants and made it looked like new for a true fraction of other repair estimates. He has worked for many other contractors and is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and charges reasonable rates since he's not a large company. I most highly recommend him for hardwood or laminate floor installations (or specialized repairs).
