Pricing can vary depending on the project, but we like to present customers with a few options at different price points, so they can make the best decision for themselves. Additionally, we offer 100% financing with comfortable monthly payments to make the process easier and more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer starts with a quick phone call to discuss your needs and understand the scope of the project. Once we have a general idea, we’ll schedule an in-person appointment to go over the details more thoroughly. During this meeting, we’ll clarify any specifics and ensure we’re on the same page. After that, once both parties agree on the details, we’ll create a formal agreement outlining exactly what will be provided. This helps ensure everyone is clear on expectations and we’re all set to move forward
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a B License and a Real Estate License, along with extensive hands-on experience in both construction and real estate. This combination of formal qualifications and practical knowledge allows us to provide expert guidance and service to our clients.
