Cesar and his crew provided me a reasonable estimate to paint two bathrooms and the primary bedroom. I just didn’t have the time. He was available quickly and arrived with a second crew person. They were able to start and complete the project in about a day in a half. Both bathrooms needed primer before paint and all rooms required two coats of paint. The quality of his work and the cleanliness was great!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Contractor – Exceptional Work and Highly Recommended! I want to take a moment to share my experience working with CJA Remodeling and especially with contractor Cesar Alvarez because finding someone who truly takes pride in their work is not always easy. I hired him to renovate one of my 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment units, and from start to finish, he exceeded my expectations. The unit needed significant updating, especially the kitchen, which was by far the worst area of the apartment. What he was able to accomplish was an incredible transformation. He completely upgraded the kitchen with beautiful new countertops, a new sink, and new flooring. The kitchen went from looking tired and outdated to looking clean, modern, and inviting. It honestly made the entire apartment feel different. He also did an excellent renovation of the main bathroom and installed new flooring throughout the bathroom and bedrooms. One of the improvements that really impressed me was the installation of the recessed lighting. The lighting was installed beautifully and made such a difference in the look and feel of the unit. It gave the apartment a much more modern, bright, and polished appearance. Throughout the entire project, communication was excellent. He kept me informed, was responsive when I had questions, and handled the inevitable issues that come up during renovation calmly and professionally. He stayed focused on finding solutions rather than creating problems, and he completed the work efficiently and within the agreed-upon budget, which I greatly appreciated. Every part of the project was handled with care and attention to detail. The finished work was not only high quality, but it was completed efficiently and professionally, which I greatly appreciated. What stood out to me most was his work ethic. He was dependable, efficient, and clearly cared about doing the job right—not simply getting the job done. He treated the apartment as if it were his own, and that level of pride shows in the finished product. As a property owner, I know how important it is to have contractors you can trust. A contractor can make promises, but the quality of the finished work is what really matters. In this case, the results speak for themselves. I am extremely satisfied with the renovation and genuinely appreciate the effort and craftsmanship he put into this project. I would have no hesitation recommending him to other property owners or anyone looking for a contractor who delivers quality work and follows through. Excellent workmanship. Excellent efficiency. Excellent results. I would absolutely hire him again for future renovation projects. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
