Guy and his entire team at High Touch Remodeling were an absolute pleasure to work with and I am very happy to give them a glowing review! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience renovating our home, which involved converting a second kitchen to a laundry room, remodeling a primary bathroom, new floors/paint, and a fireplace remodel. From beginning to end, Guy provided solid advice, prioritized elements of the project that were especially important to us, and was always very responsive to questions/feedback/small changes along the way. Everyone was very friendly and Guy always followed through on what he said he would do. Having heard many stories from friends about their own terrible home renovation experiences, High Touch Remodeling absolutely exceeded every expectation I could have had and I would recommend them to ANYONE considering a home remodeling project, big or small!

After screening several potential contractors, it was a breath of fresh air to meet with Guy! The professionalism, polite & timely communication and integrity were all qualities that stood out from the start. The entire team at HighTouch whom I got to work with were so pleasant, exuding these same good qualities, which I truly appreciated throughout the project. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our initial meeting we will discuss the project scope, design, timing, and budget.
Once the client is ready to move forward we will create an organized scope timeline and help our client select all of the necessary materials for the job, our job starts in the initial design phase and all the way through the project until the client is satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years we've mastered our craft by going to different trade and design programs, we continuously grow by improving our education of our craft.
