Honestly the customer service is what made us choose this company for our l bathroom remodel project. Matthew was leading the project and he was always on top of everything, even when things got a little complicated. He stayed in touch, checked in often and actually listened when something came up.
Really happy with how the bathroom came out, but even more appreciative of how the whole process was handled.

Wasn’t sure how this whole remodel was going to go, especially since nobody was staying at the house while the work was happening. Matthew from Maingreen Remodel & Construction made it feel a lot less overwhelming than expected. From the start he was super informative but in a normal way, not talking over anyone’s head. Just explaining things clearly and making sure everything made sense.
He’s honestly such a gentleman. Always polite, always patient, and always checking in to make sure everything felt right. Since the house was empty, he kept sending pictures almost daily and would actually ask for approval before moving forward with the next step. That meant a lot. It never felt like things were being decided without us.
Everything was really well thought out. You could tell there was planning behind every detail, not just random decisions on the spot. And the final result… it’s kind of unbelievable how good it looks. Super grateful for the care and communication throughout the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Our bathroom needed a full update, and Matthew made it happen without stress. He checked in regularly, answered questions quickly, and made sure the team paid attention to every detail. There were a few minor surprises during the project, but Matthew guided us through each one. The finished bathroom feels bright, modern, and really comfortable to use.
