- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I create a contract based on the services requested and require a 25-50% Project Initiation Fee due upon contract signing. The remainder will be collected upon project completion before final files are delivered. I can offer flat rates for any custom project or package. My goal is to save you time and money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial consultation: I get info on the exact services you are interested and your timeline via messenger or phone. 2. Detailed contract: I will send a detailed contract that outlines the project scope of work, rate and all legal. 3. 25-50% Project Initiation Fee required upon contract signing. 4. Good Stuff: We will schedule a Project Initiation call and I'll take you through my ID Planner process where I gather key insights on your business, value proposition, target audiences, marketing goals, aesthetic preferences, etc. This is my keystone proprietary process that is super fast and effective! If clients have a direction, a style or visuals in mind, whether general or very specific, I ask for reference images so we can get on the same page immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Moore College of Art & Design. Major: Graphic Design/Communication Arts Minors: Art History, Painting, Illustration 18 years of experience working at advertising agencies, marketing firms, media companies, non-profits and in-house teams.
