- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NEW CUSTOMERS GET 10% OFF! A 50% deposit that's nonrefundable is required to start a project. The remaining balance is due once the job has been finalized and approved. You'll get the project files when the final payment has been deposited.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To fully understand the project, I'll ask you a series of questions. From there, we can go over more specifics like pricing, the timeline, and what's to be expected.
