I had a specialized task which nobody locally could help me with. I had exhausted all of my resources. I have never really used an app to connect with people like this before. Paz was God sent. Very professional and was able to resolve the problem. Very fast is exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend her to anybody that needed help with graphics. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NEW CUSTOMERS GET 10% OFF!
A 50% deposit that's nonrefundable is required to start a project. The remaining balance is due once the job has been finalized and approved. You'll get the project files when the final payment has been deposited.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To fully understand the project, I'll ask you a series of questions. From there, we can go over more specifics like pricing, the timeline, and what's to be expected.
