- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?NEW CUSTOMERS GET 10% OFF! A 50% deposit that's nonrefundable is required to start a project. The remaining balance is due once the job has been finalized and approved. You'll get the project files when the final payment has been deposited.
