- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I book in 4 lesson or Monthly Cycles. The student is required to pre pay for each cycle. I found that this helps students stay committed to their goal for the cycle. Their time slot will be blocked off which encourages consistency and growth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a phone call to get to know the student. What drew them to instrument? What is their experience? What do they hope to learn? From there we will set up a time for a trial lesson to assess our ground floor, any pain points, and the goal for the first cycle of learning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying and playing music for over twenty years. I grew up in Los Angeles where I played in a variety of bands, I went to an LAUSD Arts High School, I studied Jazz Studies at California State University Northridge, I have been a professional touring musician for over ten years playing bass, guitar, keyboard
