- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies on the day of the week and nearness of the event. My typical rates for weddings is $300 for the bridal package (day of and trial) and $100 for members of the bridal party. I am often willing to extend discounted rates when booking through Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a bride, I prefer to do a trial before the day of the wedding so we have a chance to chat about your big day and create your desired look. This helps the wedding morning run much more smoothly! Because I've been doing hair for weddings since 2007, I know exactly how much time I'll need and never run behind, given the bridal party is on time and ready to go. Depending on when you all need to be getting dressed, I will let you know what time she should begin.
