I needed various maintenance done around my house, including a leaky kitchen faucet, some living room wall repair, and home theater installation. Charles came by and fixed EVERYTHING! And in very little time. A talented maintenance man, and a nice guy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had my front fence sanded and repainted, heavy duty furniture straps installed on tall free-standing wire racks, a eyehook latch installed on my screen door and my oven clean. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. I plan to hire Charles again for work at my house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic rate is $50.00 per hour with a $100.00 dollar minimum. I provide discounts, depending upon the task, for repeat customers, jobs that require more than 8 hours of labor & for referrals that result in new jobs. I charge less for holiday lighting installation and removal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to see the project before I can provide a detailed estimate for free. There are some exceptions like pre-fab furniture assembly. This is kind of a bizarre question ??? Everyone is different. I adjust to the client's needs & the work situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in all aspects of the repair, remodel, maintenance & construction business. I have done everything from running 30 employee carpentry crews to repairing outboard boat motors. I have the aptitude & experience to solve/repair your problems.
