FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are relatively low compared to other folks I see. I am never price gauging or taking advantage of my customers. I am transparent with my pricing. I deliver solid work at a competitive price. I am open to negotiate and willing to work with you. I ask $75/hour. That rate does not cover material costs. I am transparent with material costs and will always give you receipts. If you find someone willing to do it for less, let me know and I’ll do my best to undercut the competitor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Often time’s we begin with a goal, and devise a plan from there. If my customer is hands-off, I will devise a plan myself and deliver the goal with as much or as little customer influence as the customer likes. If my customer would like to be part of the process, then we will create a concise plan together and I will execute that plan transparently on or before schedule. I am not satisfied with my work unless my customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA from Cal State Monterey Bay. I have worked with various construction crews throughout my career. I have learned many of my skills from my time working along side masters. Many of the skills we earn in this this craft are passed down from master to apprentice. I am incredibly grateful for all the skills and knowledge that have been passed on to me.
