Matt did a nice job installing my window AC. There were a lot of details to the installation - brackets, insulation, support - which had to be adjusted for an old double hung window. Matt did a good job of working through that. Also, he initially came out to to the job and spotted packaging damage which revealed unit damage, so he had to come back after I got the unit replaced. He did not ask to be paid for his first visit, but I paid him extra.
