I reached out to a couple of companies but didn't respond until 3 hours later. Cesar responded within 30mins and reached out, told him the issue I was having and agreed on a time which he was punctual to looked at the problem made me aware of a big issue that i unfortunately wasn't able to take care of but was so understanding helped me out to take care of what I could, he unclogged the toilet replaced a flange wax and sealed it cleaned up made sure I was happy with his work. He is very respectful recommended
