I called Steve and his team in to paint the interior of a duplex I was renting out. But I find out that they were also able to take care of many other projects I needed done on the place! They even fixed a door frame the old tenants had busted! They were fast, efficient and very responsive! I will be using them again in the near future!

Steve and his helper arrived on time and ready to work. Steve was very responsive and was at our home on very short notice. Steve and his helper were very professional and handled our furniture with care. I would undoubtedly recommend Steve to anyone looking for an honest individual. Thanks again, Steve!!

I made an appointment with him. We got the day and time setup. And I told him that day and time would work for me. I live in a different state so I made my arrangements to come to the state that I needed the work done at. I called the day before I was to start my 4.5 hour drive to get to the location. And glad I did because he told me that they never set the appointment because I didn't confirm it and that I would need to give him a 25% deposit so that he could buy the supplies. I was confused because he didn't tell me that when we spoke/texted. So I said ok where and how do I send the money because I really needed the work done. Then he told me that his helpers scheduled another job. He caused me a real inconvenience because as I said before, I don't live in the same state as the location that I needed the work done at and I had already arranged things for me to be able to travel to the location, (i.e hotel, car rental), husband missed a day of work so that he could be home with our kids while I took care of this. I was very very disappointed with Steve. I ended up going with someone else who charged alot more but was reliable and actually showed up. So to be clear, I said yes to the day and time and price that Steve quoted me. But I guess that didn't qualify as confirmation. Very confused and disappointed.

I waited about 3 days before she confirmed. (No confirmation indicates no official appointment set up.) Private contractors are very busy so schedules fill up swiftly many times. I spoke to client that we will need to reschedule as she called me a day before when my schedule was already set. We do no receive these type of reviews but I understand you were eager to get this finished but a good job takes time. May the next experience go better for you.
