FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that every project and budget is different. Our pricing is transparent, and we always explain what is included before the work begins. If the original estimate is higher than you expected, please let us know—we will do our best to find a suitable alternative by adjusting the scope, offering different material options, or organizing the work in stages. Our goal is to create a solution that works for your property and your budget without compromising safety or the quality of the finished result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
**WE PROVIDE A FREE ESTIMATE.** One of our experienced specialists will visit your property to evaluate the project, take accurate measurements, discuss your ideas, and carefully record everything you would like to include. Shortly after the visit, we will provide you with a preliminary estimate outlining the proposed work and expected cost. You will have the opportunity to review it and let us know if you would like to change, remove, or add anything. Once the final scope and pricing are approved, we will schedule the project for the earliest convenient available date. Before work begins, an initial deposit will be required, with the amount discussed individually based on the size and details of your project. We also provide a written service agreement clearly outlining the approved work, pricing, and important project details so that the entire process is transparent, organized, and comfortable for both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is properly licensed and qualified to perform the professional services we offer. Every member of our team has more than seven years of hands-on industry experience, along with professional education or specialized training in their particular trade. Electrical work is performed by trained electrical professionals, construction and remodeling projects are handled by experienced construction specialists, and each task is assigned to a team member whose qualifications match the work being completed. We do not rely on untrained, self-taught handymen. Our clients work with knowledgeable, skilled professionals who understand industry requirements, proper installation methods, safety standards, and the importance of delivering high-quality results.
