Ashwin was great—he arrived on time, worked smoothly and efficiently, and offered a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again for any electrical work.
As an architect renovating my personal home, I have high expectations for the professionals I hire. Ashwin exceeded what I was looking for. He was extremely accommodating with my schedule, communicated everything clearly, and worked with me as both the homeowner and designer, providing valuable feedback and suggestions. He went above and beyond ensuring things were completed correctly and that I was happy, not to mention being an enjoyable person to be around.
I hope to work with Ashwin again in the future and I’d certainly refer him to friends and others in the design and construction industry. Thank you for your help, Ashwin!!!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on data collected and analyzed over several years to include cost of material, level of effort and overheads. Contractors are not cheap or expensive, each contractors pricing is based on overheads, level of insurance and legal structure. For example an incorporated business with employees will charge more than a sole. However if a sole is charging the same price as a small corporation - yeah that should be frowned upon.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a non-trivial projects, I prefer to do a free site visit to properly assess the scope of work, thereafter I email a formal estimate and brief project plan on my letterhead. For trivial projects such as changing fixtures a site visit is not necessary - fixed costs apply.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates in business, associates in sustainable construction management, CALCTP certification as well as electrical training at Los Angeles Trade Tech.
