- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discount available. 15% off when installing 5 or more doors. Clear pricing before work starts. No hidden fees. If door opening measurements are incorrect, adjustments may be needed to ensure a proper fit, which can affect the final cost. If baseboards are already installed, minor cutting may be required during installation, and a small additional fee may apply. If door openings are measured correctly, a standard installation fee applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send photos of the opening and door. I review and give a price. We schedule a time. On site I explain any issues and fix them during installation. Clean finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years experience, 500+ doors installed with Doors Los Angeles and Interior Doors. I install them with a precise fit, smooth operation, and a clean finish.
