Alex's expert craftsmanship remodeled the top of my bedroom cabinet to accommodate the base for a wider TV's dimensions. He also cleaned up behind his project, which some workers do not do. Also, the cost of doing the job was reasonable.

Updated: After talking to the supervisor, he reassured me that the employees unprofessionalism did not go unnoticed. He is a new hire and will be trained. The supervisor, AJ, was kind, patient and very validating. I will proceed with doing business with them. Not many companies take what clients experiences are as seriously as the supervisor did.
