Zyra and her team were amazing, went beyond my expectation! They were responsive, knowledgable, friendly and I couldn’t ask for more. Always on time and they did a really good job because they were thorough. A bit about my job, the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and two bedrooms needed luxury vinyl planks installed. They had to undo the living room floors just to make sure the planks are installed correctly with the perfect fit and they made it look great! Flawless fit. I bought my own flooring and they were so efficient, we made use of all of the boxes I had with a couple planks left. I was impressed that we were able to get all that done. Zyra also went above and beyond by coming in and helping clean up the trim and she helped me make sure one of the cabinet would be patched up by fitting a bigger baseboard. Highly recommend for professional work and the most friendly team!

My wife and I just recently purchased a new construction condo and we wanted to change out the standard carpet and sheet vinyl flooring that was installed to Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP). We got samples from the online flooring retailer Flooret and decided to look for someone who can install the flooring. During the initial consultation, Zyra measured our condo and educated us on the work that would be performed. (Demo, Prep and Install) She provided an accurate measurement of our space, so we knew the exact amount of flooring material to order and what transition pieces were also needed. Zyra and her team were very professional and easy to work with. She has great attention to detail and was very careful with the rest of the home since it is a new construction. After our flooring was completed, we got compliments from the customer service representative for our builder which says a lot about the workmanship /quality of Zyra’s and her team’s work. We are truly grateful and would recommend Zyra and her team to anyone looking for a flooring expert! Very responsive, excellent service, excellent communication and very personable.

We had bamboo flooring installed in our bedroom and adjacent closet room. Zyra was really nice and easy to work with. She gave us a few options with different price range. The whole process was flawless and fast, after choosing the product and receiving it, it took only one day for installation. Clean job, I highly recommend this company for your flooring project.

Our pricing is all inclusive. Any quotes provided will include the cost of any required demo and disposal, furniture moves, etc. as well as materials and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our design associate will come directly to the customer's home or place of business to take measurements and present samples. Our mobile design studio is equipped with over 3000 samples so we are sure to find something that our customers will love without having to take multiple trips to a showroom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a C-15 flooring license and have regular trainings with our flooring suppliers to keep up to date on all new products in the marketplace and updates to manufacturer recommendations.
