My experience in working with Kevin Patterson was Exceptional! - I contacted Thumbtack and Home Adviser in search of a flooring contractor to replace bamboo flooring throughout my home due to water damage, I accepted 3 quotes. Kevin Patterson Wood Floors was the middle-priced quote. The reason I chose Kevin Patterson Wood Floors was not based on price but more so on how Kevin Patterson explained the installation process, timeline for completion as well as ways to save me money for materials. For example, Kevin Patterson's quote was the only quote that offered to remove and reinstall my existing baseboards, his technique not only saved me money but equally as important it allowed my home to remain consistent with the same style of baseboards throughout my home including areas where I have other flooring surfaces (carpet, ceramic tile and terrazzo). I am giving Kevin Patterson Wood Floors the Highest Possible Rating, 5 Stars for the reasons listed above and for outstanding Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality (he called me every morning to provide me with his ETA base on traffic and weather). I would recommend Kevin Patterson Wood Floors to anyone wanting to have the highest quality of flooring work performed in their home.

My laminate flooring had a large stain from water damage and pretty bad gouge marks. Mr. Patterson did a great job sanding out that and other imperfections so that the floor looks new again. Thanks!

He is the best in the business for a reason. He responded quickly, explained the problems and my options and he did a fantastic job. My hardwood floors are perfect. I went with the natural look as he recommended, and I love it. On top of that, he has the best prices as well.

Kevin Patterson did a wonderful job refinishing the hardwood floors in our 55 year old house. The wood looks brand new with a high gloss shine. Kevin took extra time to add an additional coat of polyurethane to achieve the results we wanted. He completed the job on time, even though we added the extra coat and refinishing the entry door threshold. He is trustworthy and dependable. He told us he would be doing other jobs in parallel, while working on our floors every day, and that worked out fine since he met the deadline we needed. We highly recommend him!

I contacted Kevin to give a bid on a flooring job that appeared beyond my capabilities. What a wise decision it was to introduce Kevin to my customer. He got the job and he has completed the laminate flooring portion of it and most of the vinyl portion. I can say that you will be pleased with the work, but not just that, also the personality and character. What a great guy!
