I am extremely satisfied with the attention to detail and high quality of work. When I met him I had no idea what could be done to restore my floors. The wood had been painted over years ago and the job seemed impossible. He looked carefully at the condition of the wood and thought through what would be the most practical solution and render the best result. I followed his advice and the floors turned out better than expected. He was honest and very professional throughout the process. I highly recommend Kevin Patterson for any flooring project. Look no further! Here's the guy! Kevin Patterson did fantastic work on my floors. Although it took a little longer than originally planned, he did have to replace all of the boards in the dining room and some in the hallway. This was not planned. All the new wood matched perfectly with the original floors from when the house was built in 1953.
For a fair price and very high quality workmanship, Kevin Patterson Wood Floors is the way to go. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Kevin did an amazing job refinishing my floors. I have 2 different types of wood installed, and both had been badly damaged over the years from water and heavy foot traffic. After Kevin was finished, not only did they look brand new, but the whole color/feeling of the room was brought back to life.

My experience in working with Kevin Patterson was Exceptional! - I contacted Thumbtack and Home Adviser in search of a flooring contractor to replace bamboo flooring throughout my home due to water damage, I accepted 3 quotes. Kevin Patterson Wood Floors was the middle-priced quote. The reason I chose Kevin Patterson Wood Floors was not based on price but more so on how Kevin Patterson explained the installation process, timeline for completion as well as ways to save me money for materials. For example, Kevin Patterson's quote was the only quote that offered to remove and reinstall my existing baseboards, his technique not only saved me money but equally as important it allowed my home to remain consistent with the same style of baseboards throughout my home including areas where I have other flooring surfaces (carpet, ceramic tile and terrazzo). I am giving Kevin Patterson Wood Floors the Highest Possible Rating, 5 Stars for the reasons listed above and for outstanding Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality (he called me every morning to provide me with his ETA base on traffic and weather). I would recommend Kevin Patterson Wood Floors to anyone wanting to have the highest quality of flooring work performed in their home.
