- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This job is an art. Not everyone can draw a picture ;-) respecting a quote is always appreciated, whether its high, competetive, or low.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process starts off with a phone call, followed by a free in home estimate. After an estimate, if customer would like to work with me, samples of flooring are handed over to customer to choose style, grain, color, thickness etc... then deposit is given, and work is scheduled
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pergo flooring certified/ FIC training certified
