- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fairly priced and always willing to work with our clients. We rather have you as a customer, then to worry about nickel and dimes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to call the customer and talk with them over the phone so we can discuss the project they are needing done. We are able to receive photos so any photos that show the condition of the project only helps with a more accurate quote.
